1. When the surface of the Air purifier filters is not very dirty, take the filter outdoors and use clean compressed air to blow on both sides until no dust particles can be seen in the light.

2. When the surface of the filter is very dirty, it needs to be washed with water. Put about 100 kilograms of reference water in the water-making room (air-conditioning room) in the general area. After diluting the 1-pound bottle of detergent, put the filter into the tank to completely submerge it in water. Rinse several times until there is no pollution, and finally rinse with water until the water is clear, take it out and place it on the stainless steel grille and drag it to dry with water, then lay it flat on the shelf to dry in the shade, and turn it on both sides frequently to speed up the drying speed when it is in the sun. .

3. Use a rag every day to thoroughly clean the outer surface of the air-conditioning box and the auxiliary pipelines and instruments to make the equipment clean and bright.

4. The oil and glue on the equipment should be wiped off with a rag and dishwashing liquid, and then wiped with drinking water without leaving any traces.

5. After each replacement of the primary and medium-efficiency filters, the internal wall panels, fans, heaters, coolers, and diffusers of the air-conditioning unit should be thoroughly cleaned, and dust, dirt, and oil stains should be wiped off, and no residues should be left. Dead ends, and then install the primary and medium-efficiency filters.

6. The inside of the system should be cleaned once every half a month, first wipe the inside with a wet cloth, and then use a dry cloth to clean it comprehensively.

7. When replacing the high-efficiency filter, the four frames and surrounding areas where the filter is installed should be wiped clean with a wet clean cloth, and repeated three times. The high-efficiency filter should be installed immediately after wiping. The high-efficiency filter should be unpacked on site and installed immediately after passing the inspection to prevent dust from falling into the high-efficiency filter.

8. Detect that the number of suspended particles in the clean room obviously exceeds the standard, and the final air volume of the high-efficiency filter drops below 70% of the initial air volume.

9. After the HEPA filters are replaced, the dust particle counter will check the high-efficiency filter and the installation connection for leaks. While scanning and inspecting, tighten the bolts or plug the leaks with epoxy silicone.

10. The detection and replacement of high-efficiency filters should be recorded in time.

11. After the high-efficiency filter is replaced, a leak test should be carried out and verified.
